ZUMBA TRAINING
As part of the International Seminar Paper presentation, I found that the students face stress and anxiety during their examination time both external and internal pressures. So I decided to conduct Zumba training for stress relief in them.
It was a survey method in google form conducted before and after zumba training to check the level stress in them. We conducted for 15 minutes 2 zumba classes for 3 weeks. Later, we analyzed that stress among them declined after the zumba session.
